Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) Aqueous Solution is a derivative of β-cyclodextrin formed by substituting hydroxypropyl groups at the C2, C3, and C6 positions (Note: C8 is incorrect as β-cyclodextrin has C6, not C8).
